The latest in paging! 2-way pagers let you receive and send email text messages to any email address or cellphone! 2-way pagers work nationwide (within the US) and retain messages in the event your pager is turned off or in a non- receiving area. Think of a 2-way pager as a nationwide pager/wireless email device. Q: Will I be able to send and receive SMS text messages to and from cellphones with a 2 way pager? A: Sure. You have the option of making your Directpage 2way pager SMS messaging capable. For just a low flat rate of $7.95 month in addition to the base 2way pager service rate, you can select to make your 2 way pager SMS capable. This means that you can send and receive text messages from cellphones even if the cellphone doesn't have it's own email address. The best thing about sending SMS text messages from a 2way pager is that it's unlimited! No overcall charges plus you get a full keyboard to type out your messages, not just a numeric keypad like a cellphone has. Q: I've seen other paging providers offer 2 way service plans as low as $9.95/month! How come Directpage only offers the unlimited messaging plan? A. Other paging providers may offer low usage plans for less money, but when you incur overcalls, they have no way of documenting the messages that cause the overcalls. Imagine if your phone company sent you a bill for long distance phone calls and when you ask them for a detailed listing, they can't provide it. This is basically what happens with other paging services that offer low usage plans for 2way service. This is cause for billing disputes and an unsatisfactory customer service experience. Historically , our data shows that the majority of 2way pagers go well over the 1000/monthly message unit allowance provided in lower usage plans creating a bill substantially higher than what Directpage charges for the unlimited usage plan. Directpage also offers our customers a level of service that goes beyond what other paging services provide including our maintenance plan which will replace a malfunctioning pager at no charge as long as you retain service with Directpage. ; *In some instances, the SMS feature may not be compatible with some or all cellular carriers, if you find that the SMS feature does not work to your satisfaction, please advise us and we will remove the option from your pager as well as your bill.

Motorola Pagers featured on the DirectPage website are factory refurbished, and fully guaranteed against malfunction. As with all DirectPage Pagers currently offered....They also come with the DirectPage maintenance plan which will repair or replace a malfunctioning pager (not due to physical or liquid damage) free of charge as long as the pager remains in service and the account is current with DirectPage. Most Motorola pagers look Brand New, however some models such as the Motorola LS750 may have slight cosmetic differences than the images pictured on our site that will in no way interfere with the operation or reception of the pagers. Why doesn't DirectPage sell Brand New Motorola Pagers? Motorola has not manufactured the pagers featured on our site for over 6 years. Other paging companies offering Motorola pagers are also selling refurbished product although they may not mention it on their websites or literature.
