**Orders paid by check or money order will be held for 10 additional business days (from date payment is received by Directpage) in order for payment to clear our bank. In the event of a check returned by your bank as unpaid for any reason, a $25 return check fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before paging service can be restored.
If you need your order filled in a timely fashion, we strongly suggest using a confirmed paypal account or a major credit or debit card.
General Shipping Information:
Most In-stock Items ship within 3 business days from date of credit card or confirmed paypal payment.

Prepaid Phone Pins are sent via email only and processed during the hours of 12noon to 6pm. Orders placed after 6pm eastern time will be sent the next day.
If selecting a free shipping option, please allow 7 days from the day we ship for your order to arrive.
If selecting Priority Mail for shipping, Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days from the day we ship for the delivery of most items. However, due to various circumstances including but not limited to holiday high volume mailing periods, shipping may take longer than usual. Items purchased under the same order are not necessarily always shipped together. If you have a question regarding shipping time for a specific item, please feel free to call or e-mail us. We strongly recommend that if you are under strict time constraints for delivery, please select overnight shipping and advise us of your situation.

- FREE Shipping (First Class Mail 4 to 7 day delivery from ship date)
- Priority Mail Shipping ($6.50 with a 2 to 3 day delivery time from ship date )
- Express Mail Shipping ($20.00 with a 1 to 2 day delivery time from ship date )
- UPS Ground ($9.00 with a 1 to 7 day delivery time from ship date depending on shipping address)
- UPS 2 day ($20.00 with a 2 day delivery time from ship date not counting weekends)
- UPS Overnight ($35 with next business day delivery if ordered by 4pm eastern time)
- UPS Priority Overnight ($40 with next business day delivery by 10:30am if ordered by 4pm eastern time)
- UPS Priority Overnight with Saturday delivery ($50 with Saturday delivery by 12noon if ordered by 4pm eastern time on Friday)
Most Orders received by 4pm eastern time are processed within 72 hours for all in-stock items.
All phone card pins will be sent via email between the hours of 12noon and 6pm eastern time 7 days a week except for closed holidays.
Phone card pin orders received after 6pm or closed holidays will be processed the next business day after 12noon.

To help make the ordering process as simple and seamless as possible:
Please enter your name, address, city, state, zip and contact phone number exactly as your credit/debit card issuer or as paypal has your information on file or your order may be delayed, declined or canceled by our security system.
If the contact phone number registered with your payment provider is your prepaid cellphone and it is out of minutes...DO NOT ORDER. Your order will be declined if we are unable to contact you via the phone number registered with paypal or your card issuer.
You will also need the 3 digit ccv code found on the back of your credit/debit card or the 4 digit code found on the front of American Express. If this code is incorrect, your order will be automatically declined.
A note about our security precautions:
Directpage takes internet credit card fraud extremely serious.
We take special precautions regarding credit card fraud via our website. Although the majority of our customers are honest and friendly, we deal with fraud on a daily basis. If we have any reason to believe an order is suspect, we will prevent the order from being filled until we check with the cardholder's card issuing bank to verify legitimate usage. Our website incorporates a sophisticated fraud scoring model to help us assist in this matter. All i.p. addresses are logged to assist law enforcement against perpetrators of internet fraud.
Over the years we have been instrumental in assisting law enforcement including the United States Secret Service, credit/debit card issuing banks and Paypal in prosecuting perpetrators of credit card and identity fraud.

U.S.C. Title 18, Section 3056, Subsection (b), specifically authorizes the United States Secret Service to detect and arrest any person who violates federal criminal laws relating to credit card fraud and related activity in connection with computers and/or access devices.
Please be assured, if you even attempt to use a stolen credit card, directpage will report it.
With the above stated...sometimes we need to hold or decline a legitimate order. Directpage does not ship to addresses other than the credit card billing address of the cardholder. If you need to have an item shipped elsewhere, before completing your order please contact your credit card issuer and have a "ship to" address added to your credit account. Make sure your card issuer updates this information immediately or contact us first with your card issuers name and phone number so that we may verbally verify.
